2. What personal data is processed?

This site does not include any data-collection forms. Contact is made through direct email (mailto) and phone links, so the only personal data the owner may ever process is whatever the user voluntarily chooses to share when writing an email or making a call (for example, name, email address, phone number and the content of the message).

Data voluntarily provided by email or phone is processed solely to respond to the user's query or request and, where applicable, to manage a potential professional or business relationship.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent, given by voluntarily getting in touch with the owner, as well as the legitimate interest in responding to that communication (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

Data will be kept only for as long as necessary to handle the query or any resulting professional relationship, and afterward for the legally applicable statute-of-limitations periods.

6. Recipients and data processors

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The site uses the following technology providers, who may act as data processors or receive technical data (such as the IP address):

  • OVH (OVHcloud) — website hosting.

The site does not use third-party fonts, analytics or resources: the typeface (Inter) is served directly from this same domain, with no connection to external servers.

7. International transfers

OVH (OVHcloud) is a European provider and hosts the site in its data centers within the European Union. Since no third-party services are used, no data transfers take place outside the European Economic Area.

8. Rights of data subjects

Any user may exercise the following rights, under the terms set out in the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD):

  • Access to their personal data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of their data.
  • Restriction of and objection to processing.
  • Data portability.

These rights can be exercised by emailing hola@mcarmentorres.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an ID document. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you feel your rights have not been properly addressed (www.aepd.es).

The owner applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, in line with the GDPR's principle of proactive accountability.
