Context & Objectives

The Sindicato Independiente de la Energía (SIE), founded in 1977, needed to update its digital presence to reflect its values of independence, plurality and reliability. The main challenges were to humanize the website's visual identity, improve the information structure and make navigation easier for the union's workers and members. With all this in mind, the goal was to create a clear, accessible interface that conveyed credibility and approachability, making sure users could find the most relevant information (agreements, work calendar, news and membership) directly and intuitively.
